βI googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldnβt use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! βToday I visited your store and these lovely people employees of yours were so kind to me their names are Al and tip they took very good care of calling the company to complain of my device that should have been on a recall and at the end of all of this nothing was satisfied by the company however these two gentlemen help me my replacing the phone backing it up and taking their time and we're gentle and kind and not only watch how they treated me but others as they entered their excellent employees you should be proud of them thank you Eleanorβ
βAdam at the Boost Mobile on Kemper is super helpful in one of the nicest guys you'd want to meet, he also has a great memory, when I went in to get my wife's phone switched over to Boost he remembered details of our conversation from months ago!β

βThey are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?β
βThe staff here was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. Shawn (Sean?) graciously helped me switch from my previous phone plan to my boyfriend's plan with Cricket, even staying after close with us to get things straightened out with my previous phone plan provider.
