Questioned if they were open as there was no one outside on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Was about to turn to leave when two workers came out and assessed me. I bought 'The Works' but when I got home my car was still dirty.

I the washing your car was supposed to be kind of peaceful but you got ezel over here blasting music so loud you can probably hear it at the Toyota car lot inside the dealership across the street and I guess the employees are too afraid to enforce no loud music

Mike's has been hit or miss for me, I always find spots that should have been sprayed and are still there once I get home! The spray techs need to actually spray the spots.

I got the ultimate with mediocre results... There was dirt left on my sunroof, and front bumper, and the tire shine was splotchy and not great...

Great car wash, but noticed when I drive the Ford Explorer through the back window hardly gets touched and streaks on the back window is noticeable

I really wish that more time was taken for the staff to initially take time to spray people's cars prior to going into the automatic wash. If that was the case, customers would not turn right around for a better wash that should have happened the first time.

This is not my favorite location, however it's on my way to and from work. The drying system is way off, especially compared to other Mike's. My car is ALWAYS so wet leaving Colerain. Also, you all have soooo many rude employees at this location. I pay for the monthly services and when I pull up at Colerain the employees say NOTHING!!! ONLY HERE!! However, for the most part I like how the customers at Colerain respectively wait their turns to go within the 3 lanes during crowded times. I feel as though this location is the best on that, other locations can take a lesson from you all on that.
