We have been to this store 3x in the last three weeks and every times blown away with the amazing customer service. Brody and Stephanie are amazing. They they are both very knowledgeable and took the time to help us with our decision. It’s tough to find good customer service but this business definitely puts it at the top of the list.
Five stars and I’ll be back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Their customer service is terrible. Talk about a volley… no one wants to help you and when you do end up getting someone to help, they want you out the door as fast as possible. I was hoping to get fit with a racket and demo a few different models. They could have cared less about what models to throw at me. They gave me two Wilson’s to try based on “do you want a lighter or heavier racket?” No other questions. Reluctant, I decided to demo and neither worked well.
At return, no one asked why the rackets did or didn’t work. In fact, I had to be passed to 4 different people to pull my “demo paperwork” (a single sheet of paper).
This place needs an attitude adjustment, and a touch more empathy. I promise to never come back here and will find a new place for tennis needs.

I had been going here for tennis shoes since they had a good selection and helpful staff but recently bought a pair of shoes that rubbed my toes when playing. I took them back a week later and they would not do anything from a return standpoint (since they were worn on a court) so stuck with $150 shoes I can’t wear. Return policy is terrible so will be buying my shoes elsewhere.

We finally visited the physical store yesterday since we visited Cincinnati over the weekend and the store was sorta awesome! They had almost everything that you’ll find at a tennis shop. They have a big inventory. They have a friendly group of people helping out. And, they offer stringing service (there was a Wilson Baiardo machine at the store).
However, what this store lacks is an in-store stringer performing string jobs (doesn’t have to be customer racquets, it can be one of their demos) in front of customers and answering stringing questions as well as a hitting lane (a half court where a ball machine feeds balls to customers) for customers to try out the racquets in store (hastens the buying process).
I think I’m biased to the store (The Tennis and Golf Company) we have in Southeast Michigan but I def think that Tennis Point is an WONDERFUL place to buy all your tennis needs in Cincy and online. Makes things easy when I play amateur tennis tourneys in Dayton, Cincy and Kentucky!
Keep up the good work Tennis Point! Love your guys’ customer service!

I just left the store after my 3rd unsuccessful visit. It is impossible to get someone to speak to you, let alone actually help you in this store. I will be happily spending my money elsewhere and not going back to this store again.

I ordered 4 racquets, and had a 5th ordered but they are just so slow on the turn around. They may offer you 1 day shipping but it takes days for them to ship.

A defected Wilson Blade V8 Roland Garros refused from return. Bought on line @8/10/2023. Play once felt it different from my regular version Blade V8 in green paint.See pictures for details.* Blade V8 Roland Garros balance is off from the regular Blade V8.** Blade V8 Roland Garros balance is same as Wilson Pro staff 97(older than15 yrs).***All three Racquets have no weight alteration and using same quality over wrap tape on handles. I am using the same method to checked on these racquet balance. My conclusion from playing and checking this Wilson Blade V8 Roland Garros:Tennis point sold me a defected racquet. As most product user experience came from using the product. Especially for tennis racquets, You wouldn't know the feel until you play your racquet.Tennis point email said I can return it if the racquet has not been used. It is genius refusal. But not a USA standard customer treatment. To all viewers: Let me know if any company policy void your warranty when you used the product in United States.I can tell that is Tennis point.Buying @Tennis point with your own risks to all future shoppers ?

These guys have tons of stuff and they are extremely knowledgeable. Listen up if you are joining the Pickleball craze you need to go here. They have every racket or paddle you could want. Better they will let you try one for $5 for 5 days. Take them up on this and when you buy they apply it to your purchase. They are competitively priced against Amazon but they will let you try first. Next if you are playing and notice foot pain or leg pain you need court shoes. Do not blow out your Achilles tendon. They have a great selection of court shoes but do they really make a difference? The answer is yes, I bought a pair, they were on sale about $75. I have been playing in my Ons, or Stan Smiths but the Ons don't give enough support and the Smiths just seem heavy. The fit me for a new pair and 2 days later all the pain is gone. I feel great and move well. CHECK THESE GUYS OUT FIRST.
