On March 11th, I went to get my watch resized. My girlfriend bought the watch for my birthday at a different location and was told that ANY Micheal Kors locations would size it to my wrist. When I asked the lady in there, she argued with us that she did not want to do it because she was worried about messing it up, even though this is a service that is included in any watch purchase. When buying a watch at Micheal Kors, they advertise that they size it to you for free. She kept rudely denying us to resize it and eventually sent us away, recommending we go to Dakota Watch Company to get it resized. After they told us that service would be $30 we recollected our thoughts we went back in and asked yet again for her to resize it, where a male worker agreed with us and said yes they do that. She seemed very unbothered about “wasting” her time to help us when it didn’t involve her getting a sale and it was just a service the company provides to purchases. We were disappointed in the service and being in sales myself I was dumbfounded at getting the run around for something that took her 2 minutes to do when she eventually followed through. We were going to make a larger purchase that day, a purse my girlfriend was wanting, but decided after being denied a basic service that we would not give that location our business. I’m curious if we were judged on our appearance as well given we were in our sweats on a Monday but that presumption could be misplaced.

Amazing customer service! I always go to this location, and everyone who works there is so friendly & helpful, especially today, March 21st, 2024, at around 1:30 pm.

First time buying a purse at Michael Kors at Kenwood and Camille helped me and she was just wonderful and so sweet!!! I love my purse so much , customer service was amazing.

Sales women were very sweet and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I ended up purchasing another handbag as well as a wallet while I was there. I really love the brand. The handbags and wallets were all from the current Spring '22 line. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
