Ahmed was really the best. He had a stock of phones that no others did. Phone cases as well had the best selection. Service was fast and friendly. When I came home and told my wife of the good experience, my son overheard us and asked me to take him there next time. Thanks Ahmed!

I went to metro PCS, 1510 Linn St..... I told rep, I can't get access to google chrome. He was of no help at all. He, opened google instead, of chrome. I opened chrome, & still don't have access to chrome... The rep laughed, I didn't find anything funny, bc I still can't access chrome, after I updated, a week ago. My phone, is a samsung A21 7000 & I can't share my internet, with my Alcatel Joy 2 tablet, bc I have no chrome, connection.Can someone, please help me.

Can't get incoming calls or outgoing calls, the notification button keep turning off every time I turn it on calls automatically put on hold everytime I make a call, tried to call customer service it says not in my phone plan
