Place sucks. Add a 10$ insurance payment without asking you if you even want the insurance. Oh if you been accepted for ACP, it's a joke with them. Don't go to metro. SUCKS......

Guy wouldnt come from behind counter when i asked for help. when we did pick a phone, he told me they didny have it. picked another phone, it took 30 mins and than he told me it was not compatible with my account. Had already charged me than tried to charge me for a mor expendive phone. Added all these charges to my phone and we still left without a phone. The guy was rude and unprofessional and told me I had an attitude..... yes I have an attitude because you took my money and have no clue what you're doing.Left and went to another store and foud out this guy put $500 of new charges on my phone. Spent 25 min on with customer service to get them removed.

I walked in and switch my number for the a20 but he insisted that i had to pay something for the phone i thought it was only the first month i had to pay so anyway i really needed a phone ended up with the lg k40

The only complaint I have are they never open on time and they hours are wrong. They don't open till 10:30 Mon thru sat and 11:30 on Sunday. They need to fix they damn hours on their website and open on time
