Had a beautiful and beautiful spirited young lady that helped me out on Sunday March 12. I was devastated not having a phone for 3 days! She assisted me with ease and was so nice and helpful. I hope she is blessed above and beyond. She made my day!

Every time I go to this store the guy name Chris always handles whatever I need done with the best costumer service. He’s very patient and helpful and does his job very well. If I need to go to any metro/T-Mobile store I will definitely go out my way to go to his store because I know my needs are going to get tooken care of with great customer service.. I give his store 10 stars!

I called while I was on victoryl parkway on 7/4/21 to see if the store was open the female said yes I'm open til 5 o'clock, cool.... I get to the door 5min later and it's locked and she's motioning to me that she's closed?, HOW it's 2:? O'clock... She never came to the door and did not answer the phone while I was calling from the front door, I know it's the holiday but why would you tell me your open only for me to get there and the door is locked?
