I had to get a blood draw and Loretta was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in healthcare. I told her how great she was and she said she always tries to adjust (within the safety requirements of the work she does, obviously) her demeanor and pacing to fit the patient's needs.More people like Loretta are needed in healthcare!

I arrived with my 2MO and received the best care by Loretta who did a blood work on me, she was not only extremely kind but also called different people to make sure I’m getting the correct lab work done. She was patient and gentle. Thank you Loretta and the whole team! You are the best!

Lab services were decent but I was getting bills for the same X-ray service for over 6 months. It was always different amounts every month after the first 3 months and the bills never said what the amount was for. Mercy has been unscrupulously billing me anytime I visit them and I now believe that they try and squeeze any amount possible from patients. This is unacceptable and anyone reading this, Don't trust Mercy!
