We take our son here and have always received the care we needed. Staff were recently helpful in tracking down his immunization records for school.

Staff is generally pleasant to you while they’re not taking care of your actual medical needs. Definitely best to avoid the individual called “Mandy” who is supposedly in charge of this office, she’s a nasty one. Better yet, you could just seek out care with a more professional local healthcare organization such as the TriHealth system.

My family doctor won’t see me for basic things, gaslit me, and refuses to listen. He’s absolutely atrocious and shouldn’t be practicing family care. The people at the front are half great and half absolutelyRude. It’s a nightmare. I’ve tried to be seen for a basic ear ache and told to go to the er because they want to keep covid out of their office even though I had covid several weeks ago and am vaccinated so don’t currently have covid. So I can’t be seen for basic needs. When needing a refill for meds I’ve been onFor years to help my seizures he told me I needed toEliminate stress in myLife Esther than take medication (that has kept me alive for over 15 years….)He’s awful. Never ever again.

I had not had a physical exam in roughly 4 years and decided it was time to do something about it. I had tried to make an appointment with Dr. Saunders, but he was booked up until August, (it was May at the time), so someone suggested I visit Dr. Arianna Warfel as she had an opening. I arrived at the front desk and the two women ignored me. I said hello, and they continued to ignore me. One finally looked up long enough to tell me "Hang on", and proceeded to show the other woman how to enter something on the computer.I was ready to leave, but decided to stay and was given my form. I turned it in and told them I was there for a physical.I arrived at the examination room and was soon seen by Dr. Warfel - CPNShe did the usual examinations and everything seemed fine. I left feeling better and thought everything was fine.Fast forward a few days, when I received the bill. My insurance covers physical examinations, but my visit to Dr. Warfel was logged as a"Sick Visit", which meant a couple hundred dollars out of my own pocket. When I contacted my insurance, they told me neither Dr. Warfel nor Kenwood Mercy would change the bill to what I had went there for. I had received a call from the manager of this office who basically said this is what they do for new patients. She apologized, but stated those were the rules, and left it at that. Please don't make the mistake I did.Do NOT go here unless you want to experience "Bait and Switch" on a medical level.
