They don't always have everything in stock, but they order it for the next day. Each prescription puts 1000 mperks in your account. If your prescription is out of refills, they will get a new one from the doctor. I love dealing with them

Multiple times getting home with antibiotic for my son and no water is mixed in. Multiple times not having prescriptions that their online system said they did. Now I have been waiting two weeks to get an inhaler for my 10 month old. Awful experience sadly after using this pharmacy for years.

This pharmacy took a lot of time working with me in coordination with my sons doctor on how to get him his medication. We tried other pharmacies and this seemed to be the only one to take the time to help us figure things out.

Amazing customer service and excellent pricing for medications. Kessler took his time and explained everything to me. Very cool guy. CVS was gonna charge me 118 dollars, Meijer was under 20 dollars. Same exact prescriptions. Nobody wanted to help me at CVS. Thanks Kesler

When I came to the drive through there was a customer at the window and no action for 10 minutes so I asked the customer if she was waiting for an RX fill. Yes.So I parked and went in to the pharmacy and she was still there. I asked the pharmacist why she could order RX from the drive through and cause a long line. He and the tech responded disrespectfully that the drive through is not for speed, just allows customers the convenience of not going in. I have been a customer coming monthly or more for RX for over 10 years and decided that I do not appreciate such treatment from these new people. Since the drive through is not for any time convenience, and can be used to wait for RX, I am moving my RX elsewhere.

I was a pharmacist for 21 years before I retired and I would have never been so dismissive or let my technician be so rude to a patient in all those years. There’s no point in getting into the particulars but to say I asked well in advance for a fill date, knowing the rules and regulations surrounding medication refills, was given a date and when I got there the date was different. When I spoke to the technician she was rude and completely unhelpful. I went back to speak to the pharmacist armed with more information and he, I believe his name was Zachary, was unprofessional, disrespectful and dismissive. I know how a patient should be treated and addressed and this definitely isn’t the way.
