I'm not sure I want to do business with this store. They won't reply to a simple request for more info on an item on their website. If they won't respond to that, how can I trust their communication (actually lack of it) when a transaction actually takes place?They have 2 items i need listed on their site but measurements aren't shown (which I thought was a bit unusual). So, I wrote them to ask for the info. After a week of silence I received a survey to rate their service, which I did & I included my original request for measurements. Another week passed & i sent another email asking for the specs on the items & they've still not replied.They obviously don't intend to reply to my question & I guess I don't intend to give them my business.

We had the best customer service experience ever with Wayne Koester. We bought a high powered wheelchair for disabled daughter with a lift and recline function but it was not lifting her or reclining anymore. So Wayne repaired but more important than being a skilled electrician repair man he has a kind soul and he was so kind to Olivia and made her laugh the whole time!!! Medmart -you could not have a better employee representing your organization, than Wayne!! He is such a good guy and also he went out of his way to fix a very difficult problem even though it was late in the day he took us on, so Olivia could use. We are very grateful for such a kind soul!!

The woman who helped us was tremendous! Darlene made sure that I got the right rollster walker I needed and filled out the paperwork to get it. Once the red tape clears, I look forward to seeing her again and picking it up.

just nowNEWI paid for an order yesterday 11/17 5 hours after placing the order tried to cancel the order.I feel like I'm being held hostaged because Medmart has my money. I'm told canceling the order would be taken into consideration.Bad customer service from MedMark.

Awful company to do business with. They are dishonest and do not care about the health of their customers. Better off doing business elsewhere, I will never do business with them again.

I went to Med Mart with my Dad who is in town visiting and Caitlyn helped us so much! We called ahead for a large ice pack and left with a wedge and back brace as well. She was well informed, courteous, professional, patient, and kind. Thank you so much for your help Caitlyn

Online purchasing experience was great but the sales person left out one important detail. Since I wanted my bed in a hurry, I was willing to forego having someone assemble it so I didn't get the White Glove Service. She neglected to tell me the 300 lb bed would be left outside the assisted living facility where my family member lives (in the rain). I think it's important to be clear about that which she wasn't. I had no way to get the bed inside so I sent it back. I'm told I'll have to cover all the shipping so I'm sure I'll be out a few hundred dollars for MedMart's lack of full disclosure.The brick and mortar store isn't any better. I stopped in to buy a bed there and waited over 5 minutes while all the sales people sat at their desks. No one even said, they'd be with me shortly until I walked up to them. Then, the guy that came to see what I wanted, knew nothing about the the hospital beds they had a on the floor. I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Wanted to leave a review for my mom (Ilissa Clark ) Larry from the Evendale location in Cincinnati Ohio . Delivered her a shower chair today . She was absolutely impressed with Larry's kind demeanor , and exceptional help with showing her how to adjust the height.of the shower chair . Please reward him for his exceptional service . He deserves it . thank you !!

DO NOT go to this place!!!! The most inconsiderate people ever, they will not acknowledge you when you walk in those doors, they will not help you, they are highly unorganized and not smart. They don’t provide the best service. They don’t go above and beyond for you. Too many complaints from people! It’s a waste of time.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. We have attempted to order multiple pieces of equipment for patients discharging home, followed up and was told that the orders were received and being processed, only for us to find out later they can’t find the request/order. So I have patients at home who have now been without their requested DME for almost 2 weeks. Everyone we talk to says something different about why we are being told different stories. Today was the final straw when we asked to speak to a supervisor and the employee (Moses) hung up the phone.Go anywhere else but here for reliable and timely service.

Terrible customer service. Tried to send back a chair because of their mistake. They wanted to charge my mom a 25% restocking fee and shipping from and back to the warehouse.

We needed an electric scooter for my mom and ordered one over the phone. We did not see it for a few day and when I went over to see it it was huge! My mom was afraid of it and would not use it. We called Med Mart in Cincinnati. Nick was so helpful and advised us to come in and pick one out. When we got there Nick told us about the different features and helped us choose the right scooter. He even showed me how to take it apart for travel. I really appreciate all the help and guidance Nick gave us. He was a huge help.
