The worst customer service ever ! I had my mom's rx faxed to them 3 weeks ago and have called 4 x left msg to check status and still waiting on a call back! I will never use or recommend this company

B.T. Rose was absolutely wonderful in every way. He was cordial, on time, meticulous in his work, and seemed happy to be there. I hope he will do future repairs for me, and I highly recommend this service to anyone.

We had a Handicare Freecurve Curved Stairlift installed by Queen City Medmart. The install team (Jacob & Patrick) did an outstanding job and were totally professional in every way. The stairlift works very well and the design, look and ease of operation are exceptional. My wife really appreciates the ease of use and new mobility access to our second floor bathroom. Thanks for a great purchase and install experience, and the install team was awesome!

Our salesman, Ben, sold us our stairlifts and he told us it swivels on both ends. When the installation people got here they told us it only swivels on one end. I should have refused it, but I didn’t. He also said it was 1-2 week to installation. It was 3 weeks. And he said there was a 10 year warranty on it. There isn’t. The warranty is as follows per their receipt:6 month trip charge, 12 months labor 2year parts, and limited lifetime motor/Drivetrain. Once again I should have refused it. He didn’t say this but he led me to believe this is the only one they sell. Turns out they sell several. My husband heard all of this also. I don’t like being lied too just to get a sale. The installers said Ben shouldn’t have said all of this because Ben is their best salesman. Well if this is the character of their best salesman he needs a different job, and not one as a salesman, because he would just lie to more people. My advice stay away from Med Mart, several companies sell stairlifts.

I purchased a HANDICARE 1100 Straight Stairlift from MedMart., The salesman(Ben Gilmore) came out and measured for it.The install team came out and installed it over my carper on my stairs. NO modification was required other than drilling holes for the support for brackets thru the floor, to anchor on the stairs. No electrical modifications were required and I had available outlets nearby. Installer cleaned up the small bits of debris.I was happy to discover:> It has battery backup builtin for 10+ trips.> Seatbelt is great> 2-yr warranty parts/labor.Pricing was much lower than what I expected, before looking into this solution.Installation was FREE.There was a discount coupon in the local paper.There is NO sales tax in OHIO (at least!) IF your Doctor or healthcare professional prescribes it!Very happy/satisfied customer.

My parents have had a Handicare stairlift for 4.5 yrs. Started having some technical problems after annual service Aug 2021, and there were some frustrating delays in having service in our home. Lately though, scheduling prompt service has improved (thank you Yolonda). I want to give special shout out to service tech Bill who continues to provide exceptional and caring service. This last service call deserves 4.5 stars!

The installer, Matt D., did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating how to use the Stair Lift. He was kind and patient while showing us how to operate it. His installation was thorough and he cleaned up afterward by removing all of the boxes. The Stair Lift is great! It is safe and it does everything that is advertised to do.

I just wanted to provide a little feedback regarding my experience with Med Mart. My original and following contacts were with Yvonna, followed by my in-home visit with Salesman/Technician Kyle and thereafter experience with the two gentlemen, Bill and Mike, who installed my Handicare Model 1100 Stairlift. I am very happy to report that each person I spoke or met with were courteous, personable, helpful and professional. I look forward to recommending Med Mart and the supporting team that assisted me, every time I have the opportunity. I thank each and every one of you, personally and collectively.

Jacob and Mike are outstanding tech reps. My stair chair stopped working. Jacob and Mike stayed with my job until it was fixed. This required multiple visits. Their familiarity with my specific problem allowed them to get to the final solution. Besides being great tech reps, they are both professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what they were doing to insure that I knew what was going on.

The installation of my new shower was beyond flawless. The installers went out of their way to correct the deficiencies in the pre-existing structure to create a perfect base from which to build.And then they constructed a shower that not only addressed my medical needs perfectly, but also dramatically enhanced the look of the room. This shower is far nicer than I had expected.
