“When I first purchased my mattress, the sales manager really worked with me after understanding my physical and financial issues. The mattress I purchased came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately it started to sag after about 2 years. With the exception of the cost of delivery and collection of the old mattress, the warranty process was very easy. When I went to the shop to pay for those costs and pick out a replacement mattress, Cameron the manager worked with me once again and accommodated my needs.”

“Jan at Haverty’s in Tri-county was absolutely lovely. She was attentive and helpful as well as relatable. She came across as honest, and gave me time to just sit in the chair and look around. She didn’t kick up a fuss when I needed to think on it overnight either. Just called her back 24 hours later and placed my order. She was also pleasant and personable with the friend who came along to help me shop - who ended up buying three pictures. Beautiful showroom, convenient parking, and Jan was a star. She made a hard decision easier.”
