When I first purchased my mattress, the sales manager really worked with me after understanding my physical and financial issues. The mattress I purchased came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately it started to sag after about 2 years. With the exception of the cost of delivery and collection of the old mattress, the warranty process was very easy. When I went to the shop to pay for those costs and pick out a replacement mattress, Cameron the manager worked with me once again and accommodated my needs.

Cameron helped us start to finish. He took the time to find the right mattress type, sizing and price point. Words I would use to describe Cameron would be professional, patient and knowledgeable. I come to the brick and motar spots for the full customer experience and Cameron delivered. I pretty happy with the price point so I will now sleep better for two reasons.

My wife and I desperately needed a new bed and we spoke to Damian prior to driving over an hour to their store about what they had in stock or what our option would be if we found something they didn’t. He explained everything in great detail and was incredibly nice. When we made the drive he should have already been leaving work for the day but he stayed to help us. He explained all the different beds, brands, types, body types for each bed and what would fit us best and then has us try to see if we liked them. After finding us a good fit he got us into all the accessories we needed as well. He stayed with us through the entire process answering any questions and navigating us through the process and even details about our warranty and warranty options. All in all he stayed with us for over 2 hours and now we’re home with a bed we absolutely love. We couldn’t be more thankful to have had such a genuine and honest sales man. If we ever have any more needs in the future he will hands down be our go to!
