Fella working today tried to pressure me into a sale and when I said I’m not ready to make a purchase he got irate with me. I calmly explained I’m doing my research and am gonna take as long as I take to find a mattress. He said “nobody wants to deal with you coming in and out of the store.”
For what it’s worth, I’ve been into this location 3 times now and a couple other mattress stores as well to compare my options. I’d never met him before. Never been treated rudely before and won’t be making my purchase from this location under any circumstance.

Worked with Demico! I was blown away with how friendly and caring the staff was. Was definitely not expecting that from a mattress store of all places ?. He maintained a positive and professional attitude but also showed attentiveness and care for my preferences & price range . It felt more like I was talking to a friend rather than just an employee. On top of all that Mattress firm had a great 4th of july deal that made everything even easier to wrap up. Super satisfied with the purchase, and the quality of their mattresses that I tried.
