As someone with back pain and hip issues, it is hard to find the right matress that can address those issues. I have never used Mattress Firm before but always heard great things. I was introduced to Keith at this location, and he was extremely informative and helped me make the best decision of my life.
I got an amazing matress, and what's every better is that I got the Adjustable base as well, and now I think I am actually spoiled and may never find comfort like this anywhere else. I mean, when I travel and sleep in a hotel room on their mattress, I will only wish I was home sleeping on mine.
Thank you, Keith, for everything you did for me. You are an incredible wealth of knowledge, and you have saved me a lifetime of pain. Thanks to you and your store, I will finally be able to have a good night's sleep.

Came in looking for a new pillow and received great customer service to find what suited me best. The store was tidy and organized. The salesman pointed out several pillows that were on sale and did not try to push the most expensive ones on me. I was a little disappointed that the pillow I chose had to be shipped to me, but that's understandable considering how many different ones they had available to try.

I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted to look at (because I had already done some browsing on the internet)—two mattresses that, as it turned out, were standing up, not displayed on the floor. Sales clerk did NOT immediately try to up-sale me (awesome!!) and said it was no problem for him to pull the mattresses I was interested in from the “lineup” to put on a frame on the floor so that I could test them out (double awesome)!! Turns out the first one was, indeed, exactly what I was looking for and again, instead of pushing a higher-priced sale, the sales clerk was excited for me and happily completed my purchase! Made sure I didn’t need anything else; made sure he got me the best price; and made sure he got all the delivery info correct! Best experience buying a mattress in a store in my entire life! Thanks!
