My wife and I made our first stop looking for a new mattress here. We weren’t planning on buying that day, but we liked the service Andrew provided. He asked questions about our sleeping habits and then narrowed it down to 3 mattresses. He then went over the differences between them. We liked that we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. We bought the mattress and box springs on Monday, and they were delivered Wednesday. We’ve normally bought from one of the regions larger competitors in the past, but we’ll stop back at Mattress Firm next time we need mattresses.
