This store management staff is very rude. I went to go return stuff I bought back in May when we moved into a new apartment. and now we are relocating to Florida so I wanted to return stuff we can’t take. But i did not have the receipt for everything so I said if I could either get a store credit or look up by my card. (which they don’t look up card transactions via cards i guess). and some of this stuff i guess has “old tags” even though i bought this stuff within the last 60-90 days. and per the website it says “anything over 30 days WITH OR WITHOUT A RECEIPT” can get a store credit. This shorter african american manager lady was extremely rude then said “you can only return stuff within 30 days with a receipt”. and then another lady came over cause i had a marshall’s item and apparently they can’t “marshall’s home decor so you have to take it to a different marshall’s”. i have lived here for many years and have spent so much money at this store for me to be treated like this. i will NEVER come back to this store ever again. The customer service there is terrible.

Incredibly rude manager and unhygienic as hell!! I recently went into this store with some friends to look around, as we normally do at other locations. As I was looking at makeup products, I fell in love with a set of eyeshadows that was unfortunately opened and swatched (touched by consumers). I loved the colors so much that I decided to give it a shot, but reasonably, asked for a discount because I don't find it reasonable to pay full price for a TAMPERED product. Unfortunately, the woman, who I believe to be a manager at this location, seemed incredibly hostile at the thought of offering a discount on an open product (that has been touched by god knows who). She was incredibly rude and had a very careless attitude, as I tried to be very calm and kind throughout this entire interaction. She spoke loudly and bitterly, as if the thought of even asking for a discount was a crime. As she raised her voice and adopted such a tone, I left all the items I was going to purchase at the counter and left the store, and will not be returning my business to this location. Why? Because I watched as this woman packed this OPEN product back in its original packaging to look "new" and to then be sold at full price -- all while telling me "it was up to me" whether I was the one to purchase this touched product. Luckily, I found the product on sale on the official Morphe website for the SAME price as in-store...please buy your cosmetics elsewhere unless you plan on buying a side of pinkeye with your eyeshadow!!

This store is enormous and I will typically spend 2 to 3 hours walking through there and checking out everything. I've bought and designer bags from here and jewelry. I've gotten clothes from there. Great Choice for the kids and house decorations for Halloween. (That's my favorite.) They have a pretty good size Men's section which they don't have everywhere else. So you have to check out the store. It's great and the staff are pretty friendly and you know I have never walked through that store and had a bad experiences with other shoppers. They are friendly. They are kind they talk to you if they want something or need something or need an opinion, which I like that because that's how I am so. It's wonderful. One negative they move the purses on the upstairs. Part of the store and the the aisles are very narrow and it is a very tight. Squeeze with just you and your cart. But there is a column which makes sense. Because you know they have to put sport columns and big rooms like that and I get it. But is right in the middle of a very narrow personnel. So when you push through you pinch your fingers and your literally in the bags and pushing your way through or you have to go all the way around. I don't to see that other side. So that is my only negative right now. I hope they switch it back soon.

this place is a bit overwhelming since it's a combination store. it has everything you could ever want and it's very well organized. I found a bunch of unique items like strawberry teapots and disco mushroom candles.

Interesting idea to have Marshall's, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx (Ulta and Michael's) together like this.
Went in search of a specific item at Marshall's that must have sold out. Checked out the other stores too. No bargains found on this trip though.
