The Mary Geiger insurance agency has been unresponsive to my calls, emails and messages from Allstate corpI guess the Agency is closed. I've been their customer for 5 years and nothing like this has occurred before, so my only conclusion is that this Agent decided to close her office due to poor profits.

Marianne is amazing. She was very helpful with helping me set up the policy, which is awesome because honestly I didn't understand some of it at first. I have driving and renters insurance set up through her.She is very polite and professional. It's great that she is local. I have never had a local agent before. So it's pretty cool that she is knowledgeable of the city and the traffic here.Knock on wood, fortunately I haven't had to file a claim because of an accident or anything. So as of right now I don't have that experience to share. However, I do trust that the experience will be as smooth as possible with Marianne handling it. Again, knock on wood.

Very nice agent very helpful. But the reason for 3 stars is the extremely high cost of rates. Has never lowered my rates after promises of it lowering when I started. They keep you in high bracket and won't take you out. I really need to shop around.
