Eric Lusain was amazing. He helped with my fathers funeral and the casket was gorgeous. I have recommended Main St. Caskets to several friends and they were more than satisfied. I highly recommned Main St. Casket store. Dont let the funeral homes take advantage of you in your time of need.

Main St. Casket Store was fantastic. An extended family member had a couple experiences buying caskets through it and highly recommended we consider it. Eric provided a beautiful product that the entire family was pleased with. Eric made the purchase very simple during what is obviously a difficult time with the loss of a loved one. I highly recommend anyone make a purchase with them; the savings were substantial and the product and service 1st class.

Eric was always immediately available on the phone. He provided a beautiful casket to our chosen funeral home exactly when promised and backed that up with a guarantee of satisfaction. Eric and Robert Grunn also assisted me with the funeral contract at another facility out of town, even though it meant they themselves would not be performing the service. To me, this speaks of integrity.

Eric has restored my faith in humanity! And get this - I never even purchased anything directly from him!! He passed on information that helped me greatly with my loved one's service in another state. And even after that, he helped me with the very final touch of adding my loved one's date of departure on her monument, again at no monetary profit to him! I was just a stranger in an e-mail, as was Eric, but somehow the powers of Karma convened over the internet superhighway and a positive, serendipitous act of kindness occurred!

Eric was not only extreamly helpful when it came to purchasing a casket for my grandmother, he was also very honest. He explained to us alot of information about why the funeral home we went through was over charging and the real differences in the caskets we were looking for. His prices are not only fair, but the caskets are beautiful. I would with out a doubt recommend Eric to anyone in their time of grief. There was no upselling or taking advantage of our grieving family.
