“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

“The store is always so busy and most recently very busy. Earlier this week, I walked into a lobby full of people and a line of people followed me in the door. I was greeted by a young blonde girl behind the register. When it was my turn to be waited on again, I was greeted by her as she waited on me. Her name was Angelica and she was so friendly, cheerful and couldn’t help me enough. As I waited in line to get to the register , I could hear her talking to the other customers as she waited on them . She was such a polite, smart, young lady, and I was so happy when it was my turn , She waited on me. Your staff is always quick and very professional. I will always come to the store.”
