I first called and spoke with “Laura” she was pleasant, friendly, patient and informative. I received prx coupons from my kid’s school and needed help on using them. She told me everything I needed to know! I went that day and shopped! Staff was helpful, kind, non judgmental and they had a very nice produce selection. I’m definitely a regular customer now! Great place!

One of our favorite places to come to every weekend! We do a bulk of our shopping here. I don’t miss the long aisles of yogurt options - the small collection makes making choices easier, and the prices can’t be beat. It’s always a pleasure visiting!

I love stopping in after a trip to Findlay Market. The staff is kind and attentive. The shelves are organized and stocked. There are many items to enhance a meal like sun-dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary or quick pick up items like milk, butter, and produce. The prices are great for a small grocery store. Sometimes I even find better deals here than at the big box stores.

The Mary Poppins's carpet bag of markets, commonly known as Madison's. How this family owned and operated business fits such a comprehensive selection of goods -- fresh produce, cheeses, spices, bread and dry goods -- in such a small space is magic of the home economics variety. Non-believers may chalk this up to experience, and they would not be wrong; the Madison family has been keeping shop at Findlay for a long time. They know what their customers want, and they know good products. Bingo! Bonus points -- they are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

What a wonderful delight to find at Findlay market. Madison has everything. I purchased some purple asparagus that turns green when you quit. It is huge. I also purchased some oyster mushrooms that I can't wait to saute and have for dinner tomorrow.

Today was my first time here, but definitely not my last! I originally visited because I heard they had bulk grains and flours. To my surprise & delight, they had so much more! Their produce is locally grown and reasonably priced, they have a wide variety of pantry items and even some harder to find products like Diamond Crystal kosher salt (I totally freaked when I saw this!!), and different mushroom varieties. I love their "Bring Your Own Container" policy, bulk grains/flours/rices and most of all, the friendly attitudes. Their welcoming atmosphere gave the store a small-town feel and I can't recommend them highly enough! :)

Best vegan sorbet I've had! We even used it for an alcoholic drink !We also got blessed with some oyster mushrooms! The ppl were so friendly in this town !

This is the textbook definition of your friendly neighborhood grocer. The selection is terrific, the produce is always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have a great selection of raw nuts, seeds, and grains and if they don't have something you're looking for, you can ask and they can order it for when you're back. That is going above and beyond great customer service. I only wish I lived in Cincinnati longer and could support this wonderful place more.
