Zero professionalism, was served with an indignant attitude from the very first interaction. I rented a box truck that I used for 7 miles, half of which was unloaded. In that time they charged me for gas which I replenished, a dolly which I never used, and I even had to go produce change for them only to still give me incorrect change. I've jumped through enough hoops making it right that this negative review is warranted. Be aware no one will help you and everyone will pass the buck if you try to conduct yourself politely and professionally here. You'd be better off getting a rickshaw.

Mack Storage is small and off to itself. Pretty decent but the trash geesh! That is a major eye sore, smell and just like really I pay rent for storage but I have walk in or out to see wild trash everywhere but the dumpster. I feel it could me more presentations for what people are paying monthly to rent.
