Knowledgeable salespeople and good service; they also work to get you a long loan term which can make it more affordable, especially since buying new requires a sizeable down payment.

Let me just say the people here are amazing! We were off in our new wheelchair accessible van in less than a month of starting the process of looking! Flint is absolutely amazing and very kind! I had an issue with an oil pressure sensor and 2 gaskets and hadn't had the van for a month. They got it in the shop and fixed it all at no charge to me! But the best part is they gave me a ride back to Cincinnati children's hospital where my 4 year old son is inpatient. Not only did they do that but they also sent someone back to the hospital to pick me up when my van was ready!! This place definitely gets 100/10 for customer service!!!

I did not have any work performed by them, but if I ever need anything like what they provide, they will be my first stop. Excellent customer service!

Flint there in Sharonville is absolutely the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my entire life! He really helped my Uncle so much. He found an amazing van and really made us feel like family. I wish everyone was as intelligent, caring and kind like Flint! If you are looking for a van, save yourself some time and headache and simply call Flint ASAP!

Did their best to replace parts. Took longer than expected but did get a discount and are rescheduled for an electrical search for a short problem.

Very Very Very expensive I wish it was more help for people in wheelchairs to get help to fix vehicles that over priced because big companies like this one knowswe need the vehicles to have any kind of life. Smh

Have never had such a positive experience buying a vehicle. They listened to my needs and found me what I was looking for. They know that every customer has special needs and they want to give you what they need. Thanks Dave

They have broken something on my van almost every time they've touched it. The very first installation of my hand controls fell off on the second day because they didn't use a locking nut where they were supposed to. Sometimes they disconnect wires and damage them and try to cover it up or claim it wasn't them. They installed a new pin on my chair that was too low and it cracked the threshold of my front door. They are downright dangerous and unethical. Many of these reviews (the good ones) are NOT for Mobility Works, but for the company they acquired, MC Mobility. They are NOT MC Mobility. They fired most of the good staff from MC and even lost the database of customer records. I wish they were MC, but MC was destroyed by Mobility Works' acquisition.

I think it's a shame when someone has to buy a wheelchair van because their son was hit by a car. They take all their money and sink it into this van under good faith that the salesman is telling them the truth. Even though the van has looked at it's their people that look at it. I bought one three years ago

I have to say things started off decent but after receiving my van it went downhill. I live two hours away but due to the EMC hand controls I use to drive from my wheelchair I had to go to this location. When I was there for my final fitting I asked the technician to open the DVD player which didn’t turn on and he stated it was due to the van not running. I received my van mid November 2020 and didn’t realize the overhead DVD player didn’t work until we tried it on the first road trip with my family. Needless to say both my wife and I as well as our children were very disappointed. I made an appointment at the Mobility Works closer to home in Plain City in December 2020 to be told I needed to go to the dealer. My dealer I purchased the van from advised I needed to go back to Mobility Works. This continued for months and multiple days of missed work. Finally it was determined that either Braun or EMC didn’t reconnect the module correctly after the conversion. My DVD player wasn’t able to be used on vacations we had planned driving through the mountains where there is limited cellular service. In all this wasn’t resolved until the end of April over 5 months after receiving my van. It was a huge inconvenience taking my van to the dealer twice and Mobility Works 4 times sitting at their shop for over 4 hours each time except the last which they needed me to drop it off and leave with them two days. I was advised by the GM Jim at Plain City that Chris the GM in Sharonville was aware and they were working with higher management to see what could be done for all my inconvenience. I have since left voicemails with Jim that go unanswered. This company is horrible and i hope i never have to go back!!!UPDATE: As of 2/2/2022 still no contact from anyone at Mobility Works four weeks after saying a Regional Manager will look into this issue. All they care about is getting paid!

We didn't end up needing their services for someone else. But Matt Milheim met with us and did a great job giving us an honest and general overview of how to provide disability transportation. I recommend start with him and he'll help you connect the dots.

Recently purchased a mechanical lift for my father who is no longer able to use his legs. The professionalism and the ease of doing business was fantastic. The level of communication was on point. They always answered the phone; emails and any questions my father and I had.Matt was our sales person and he did great, but also have to give a big shout out to the service department. Equally is awesome.Thank you for your professional service.

i have been in a wheelchair off and on for the last 5 years. Most recently i am in need of my chair all the time as my condition declines, we have been using are normal van with a joey lift, it worked well at first, my father who is 78 years old and my wife had to get me in the van then load my chair in the rear of the van, This was getting harder and harder to go anywhere including hospital for treatment. Anyone on Disability fixed income understands how hard it is to get the things you need with the little fixed income you receive. We needed a mobility van, a must have to get to Doctor and treatment. Mobility Works worked very hard and made sure we got into a mobility van and got are payment to fit right in our budget, Flint at the Sharonville. Ohio store went above and beyond to get everything done along with Michael in finance. Flint explained everything and walked us thew the process. He stayed after hours because we could not get there during regular hours, not once did he make us feel rushed. he went over the entire van with us showing how to operate it and safety when operating. i've bought a lot of cars and never been treated as well and comfortable as Flint made us Feel. buying a mobility vehicle is way different than buying a standard car, it does take a little bit of time, flint always kept us updated and explained everything, thank you Flint, if i could id give you 1000 starts. and the same for Michael in finance, you guys are a blessing making my life and people like me have an easier life and be able to get around.
