I've never written a negative review in my 35 years of existence. But i have had the worst customer service I have ever had from a company. We ordered drywall for a 3600 sqft home. The day the drywall was delivered they pulled off the drive way to get an angle on a second floor windown. They accidentally drove on a deck sidewalk breaking 10 deck boards and destroying the underlying supports. I understand accidents happen and would have been fine with some kind of resolution from the company. However it's now been well over 3 months since the damage occured and we still have no resolution. My GC tried to contact them, I have, as well as the owner of the company that owns the home(on multiple occasions). Today I called to tell them that we will be filing a claim with our insurance company and to expect collection calls from them. I also said i would be writimg a review and contacting the BBB. The person's response "ok thanks" then hung up. By the way it's probably $1500-$1900 in damage. It's not even a large mistake. Just own up to it and move on like a reputable business should. Unprofessional, unreliable and unaccountable . Definitely don't use these jokers and save yourself a headache.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not suggest using them for a job of any importance. The manager and the owner has no form of accountability, and when their company makes massive errors, they refuse to hold any accountability. They were over a week late to deliver my order, and never was able to process my order. I’ve went into the store three times to try to speed up the process of my order, and every time I was blown off and told that there are more important customers than myself and that I was not important enough to be delivered that day. We place orders regularly and will be trying out united for future deliveries and Lowe’s for pickups. Do not pay the premium m an m wants to charge but offer worst customer service than the box stores.

I had a good experience with them about 5 years ago but recently it's been abysmal. I can't get a follow-up phone call or email. I've been told over the past month I'll get a call back several times and it never happens.

This is a great place to find ALL that hard to find 12' green board. Very knowledgeable and helpful reps at the counter .

I waffled between lugging 45 sheets of drywall into the basement by myself or having it delivered. I ended up choosing M & M and was met with great service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was especially impressive with two guys traversing a wet slope to get everything into my basement. To say they crushed it would be an understatement.

M&M delivered 110+ sheets, buckets of mud, corner bead, tape, and screws this morning. They stacked the sheets throughout the house for easy installation. I used them because they were able to deliver the drywall through a second floor window with a hydraulic boom arm. I didn’t catch the drivers and helpers name but they showed up first thing in the morning with such a positive attitude and was super friendly to my 6 year old son. Definitely would recommend M&M.
