The customer service lady is very rude she needs another job that she doesn’t have to talk to people.
Started out with Lykins for propane and fuel oil, then that changed so called World Fuel or whoever it is now and was told they were no longer doing residential. Not happy!! Thinking I need to change my propane company also.

I agree with Bob’s statement on attitude. The person that typically takes service requests is not pleasant over the phone. Periodically, I speak with a young lady that is pleasant. However, due to the reoccurring theme, I’ll be taking my business to Hudson Oil.

The most recent operator that took a payment performed the task, but her tone of voice was uninterested and made me feel as if she was annoyed with me. Attitude matters.

New Customer... Very Impressed!
As a first time homeowner, considering our home energy options could have been overwhelming.... But thanks to Katie Miller, my mind is at ease and my home is warm!
I'm moving from the city, where we have natural gas heat, to the county, where we have an oil-burning furnace. It's safe to say I knew little to nothing about what to expect when I called Lykins for an oil delivery. I called Customer Service and was connected to Katie Miller. Right off the bat Katie was very professional and kind.
Katie was able to help me get my account set up for future deliveries, give me a run down of the delivery process, get my first delivery scheduled and even tell me about the oil tank we had in our basement and the amount of oil we should expect to go through during different seasons!
I was very impressed with her knowledge of the whole process. When I called, I expected to get connected to a worker who would be knowledgeable about the ordering process, but not really give me information about the process and billing thereafter. Katie definitely exceeded my expectations and saved us the anxiety of entering into this new energy process blindly.
I'm very pleased with Lykins and customer service we have received.
