Usually when I visit this location, I'm very pleased and when I leave I feel like it's worth the drive. Well I went today, 9/15 @ 2pm and they were just randomly gone for lunch until 2:45pm. I just came here for one of my favorites and now I have to leave because I'm not down for waiting 45 mins in the middle of the day. Really sucks.

My daughter and I visited the Kenwood Mall Lush on August 16th (2023) around noon. While we love all the lush products, and have been customers for years, this was a less than enjoyable experience. We travel quite a distance to come to this Lush store, and we only come when my daughter has appointments at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. The two ladies working were very unhelpful and stood in the corner gossiping the entire time we were there until we were ready to checkout. They also made us feel like a bother when we asked for TWO samples. Very dissatisfied.

The two women who worked today (8/16/23) around noon were extremely rude, inattentive, and were more interested in gossiping. I always loved coming to this lush before my doctor appointments at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital, but I was very let down today, and it ruined what is usually an experience I look forward to. Disappointed.

Amazing customer service! This was my first time in a Lush store and was unsure of the type of products that would be good for my skin. A wonderful representative (I feel terrible I don’t remember her name) came up to us to ask if we had any questions. She continued suggesting products and definitely got me to buy more than expected. My boyfriend asked some questions too but ended up not purchasing anything. She didn’t get upset or keep pushing him but instead gave him free samples to try! I love the products I do have and will definitely be back.
