I had the worst customer service experience with the employee in the photo; her name is Heaven. Her professionalism was lacking, and her demeanor came across as very assertive. During our exchange, she used racial slurs and derogatory words that were inappropriate and unacceptable.

Richard Edwards (I believe is his last name), the “manager” at the Lowe’s (Colerain location) just gave me the worst experience I’ve had in a Lowe’s store. I love Lowe’s and we have 3 rehabs going on simultaneously at the moment, thus the reason I do big returns on Saturdays.
He treated me with disgrace, asked me about 3 times if I really bought all these things, didn’t help his personnel who were having issues with my return… I literally wasted 50 minutes of my time PLUS now I have to drive to another Lowe’s (25 minutes away) to do the return because he literally didn’t do ANYTHING to help me fulfill my transaction. In fact he yelled “next” and started taking care of other customers and left me there with no answers and no solutions.
Maybe he assumed I stole this? When in reality we have spent over $30K in the last couple of months, for some, that is nothing but for us it means a lot and we choose to spend it in Lowe’s instead of their competition, but after this experience I never want to come back to this location.
You wish you had at least half of the great customer service the Hamilton Lowe’s does and I wish I could give Richard/Lowes Colerain less than 1 star.

In Jan. of 2024 I purchased carpet and laminate flooring from Lowes, and they subcontracted an installer, "Ultimate Home Services". The installer arrived alone, and therefore had to wrestle my furniture out of the way and wrestle the carpet into the house, bumping into things in the process. To be polite, the installer was not a skilled tradesman. The laminate was installed with inexact cuts on the doorways. The installer also didn't have enough transition material for the doorways, and told me to call his company and they would send someone out to put transitions in. The carpet was installed by the same installer on the same day, and the install was "OK", but Lowes sent the wrong color carpet. The installer never showed it to me before installation, so I didn't notice until the install was done.
I called Lowe's customer service so many times that I lost count. They were very polite, but took no action to correct anything. At first they told me it was a problem with the installer and I needed to call them. I did so, and the installer sent out an "inspector" who agreed the job was fouled up and had the wrong color carpet. However, the "inspector" told me I had to talk to Lowes. I called Lowes several more times, and they switched tact and said that I had obviously ordered the wrong color carpet. I made several trips to the Lowes store and finally got someone to listen to me, but Lowes ordered the replacement material then told me I had to work with the installer to get it set up. When I called the installer, they told me I had to talk to Lowes to get the material. Finally the installer called me and said they had my carpet and were ready to install. I asked about the laminate transitions, and they told me they would have to look into it and call me back. A week later the installer called back and told me they had the carpet and were ready to install. I asked them about the transitions, and they told me they would have to call me back. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days and called the installer and asked to talk to a manager. I was told he was busy but would call me back. I never heard from him. Several more phone calls to Lowes and it finally got straightened out this week. That's right-this week-June. It took me 6 months to get the right product installed in my house. I now drive past Lowes to go to Home Depot if I need even a small item. Never again!

I got a key made yesterday it didn't work on my door, so I went back today to get the key remade and the customer service department was very helpful and got me out really quickly.

I was on hold for 45 minutes and 39 seconds. Nobody in this store tries or will answer the phone. There is no customer service when you try to call

Came in to Lowe’s today. Had to get a bunch of stuff needed help loading it due to shoulder injury and Xavier here he rocked out he loaded the cart loaded on my truck and what a wonderful help pick Lowe’s over Home Depot

While in the store the staff was amazing. I went to this location because I was right next to it for work. When I got home, 30 min away, I had what might become a problem so I wanted to speak with someone from this location. The first 2 calls I waited 30 min each (asking for 2 different things.) I have currently been waiting 2 hours and 15 min on my third call where I asked for a manager. They close in a min, guessing I'm not going to get what I need tonight. This is ridiculous.
