Clean store, polite at the customer service desk and checkout. Help is very limited, you can even call for help and the guys will basically say “don’t bother, I’m busy” and hang up on the customer service desk person. Went over and waited where the guy was supposed to be and ultimately had to leave. Management might want to add a little more support in the early afternoon.
Separately, also disappointed that the Eaton rockers only come in 3-way, not 4-way, nothing like using one design throughout your house only to discover they don’t seem to carry the solution for the panel by the front door. Why? Called the store and the guy just looked at the shelf and said basically “guess it’s not here”… again with the service… maybe check the product line or digital inventory?

Went in there for a DoorDash order. I asked 3 people to help me and they all told me the wrong thing. One of them walked to me to wrong thing then walked away. Absolutely ridiculous you’re making me lose money thanks.

Do not ask the store manager Ron to help lift anything, he is too worried about breaking a nail and getting his hands dirty. Please stay out of garden area. For a guy that knows everything, he knows nothing. I'll head to Home Depot. Thanks!

Lowes usually has everything I need. I think one time they didn't, and I had to go somewhere else. Normally, they are wll stocked!! They have very helpful people too!!

Don't rely on Lowe's to do right our Elderly. Delivery set-up and take away cost does not include making sure the appliance works. Elderly mother bought and paid for washer, hoses, set-up and take away. Upon delivery she was told to go back to Lowe's to buy the correct size hose. They left, end of story. They have their money, mom has a washer she can't use. Poor customer service. Will never recommend Lowe's for any reason.

Half of their plants are dead in the broken and many of the christmas display items are broken. Also their saw table selection is very small

We had wood floors installed, not only did they up charge us staying they needed to level our floor with cement, but the made the floor too high and now they can’t put our doors back on because they’re too “tall”. They stated we would need to hire someone to have our doors cut. The installers also cut our carpet too short on the stairs leaving a gap between the hardwood floor and the carpet. The carpet is hanging out and shedding all over due to being cut wrong. I will never be using Lowe’s again and I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere. Our installers didn’t speak any English either. This whole process was so stressful, and we spent about $5,000 for this to be done. I can’t stress how disappointed I am.

What an awful customer experience. Went to buy a new Blackstone grill. I had a price match of the same version, and a small gift card (only reason I went here). First they didn't honor the price match, because the other grill had a bottle opener. Seriously? It is the exact same grill, with the same burners, hood and everything. You use that model number and that is the grill that appears online. Despite that being what it is, the gentlemen said they and 4 new ones in stock. So, i waited for almost 30 minutes for them to come back and tell me, they don't have 4, they actually only have 2 broken ones...Instead of offering to help me order one that isn't broken, sell the floor model, a decent discount, he offered a few bucks off. They were absolutely no help, and zero chance to get any feedback to them. More than likely will just go to home depot or elsewhere. I would not recommend this place at all and will never return.

Customer service is terrible. No dishwasher arrived after a month. Phone rings for 5 minutes and disconnects.

Don’t bother calling. I’ve had an on going issue with a purchase and regardless of the day or week, every time I call, I spend a minimum of 5-8 minutes listening to the phone ring before being disconnected. This happens at least 3 times before I have any luck getting through, at which point, they forward my call and the process starts all over again.
