This is the fifth time Google has suggested I review this same place. I don't know why my phone is doing this. But it was very nice. It's a Lowe's so you get what you get. But service was great. The clerk was very, very patient with me and I'm the most undecisive person on the planet and she helped me buy a good fridge.

I purchased an extension ladder for my work van and also signed up for the Lowe’s Pro Rewards program. Thresia helped me through the whole application process and was very helpful. Excellent customer service 👍🏻

The Sales Associates are always so welcoming and helpful. Special recognition to S.A. Collins on my most recent visit. He even helped me sign up for the Loyalty Program on my phone which saved me a few dollars. Exceptional customer service! I tip my cap to the Management Team, as positive attitudes typically start at the top!

Overall 0. I purchased a water heater on Lowe’s official website and they allowed a 3rd party to handle my delivery. That 3rd party made no attempts to ask for help. I have a clean path and 2 helpers ready in the house. Then to attempt to keep my delivery charge! Lowe’s customer service rep advised at 12:30 it was being resent out and by 1:30p I called for eta and now it’s over. Now I’m without hot water till the charge reverses. Don’t order online because they use other parties*** 01/23 customer service said they can’t help**

First unpleasant visit here. Flex drills were marked at $49 on promocion. We were helped by Debbie and another lady. The other lady was no help and had an attitude. Before we checked the app, Debbie lied to us, saying there was only one in stock. Once we checked the app and looked around, we realized there were 3 in stock. We asked to get 2, and Debbie said she couldn't honor both of them at that price. Why? I don't know. Once again, they were marked. That she would only honor the price of one.
