What a great salon experience! Lisa is thoughtful in her approach and leaves me feeling terrific after each cut and color! It’s a calm environment. Perfect size and a great Hyde Park location. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended Lovisa to me about a year ago, and I've been coming here ever since. I've also brought my mom (who is very picky!) and my daughter and son. We always book with Lisa. The salon itself is beautiful and bright, everyone is so friendly, and the products they use have a nice smell and feel. Great experience overall!

Bianca is the best! She is a master hairstylist and helps me stay current. She isn’t afraid to offer advice or suggestions and always answers my questions with honesty.The salon is always clean and Bianca is always on time. I especially love Lovisa’s products. LOVE this salon. The owner, Bianca, was able to schedule me with Lisa for an emergency cut and color. I am SOOO happy with the results!! Great customer service - both Bianca and Lisa listened to me and the results were exactly what I wanted and needed!! Small salon with great stylists & colorists!

Chelsea is a fantastic hair stylist. I have a lot of very thick & heavy hair and she is always spot on with the way she trims and thins it. I also use the shampoo and conditioner that they sell and am very happy with the results. The salon is clean, well lit and nicely decorated. Bianca and all her staff are so friendly and welcoming! I moved back to Cincinnati after 25 years in Chicago. I was concerned about finding a new hairdresser. Bianca was beyond what I ever expected and the BEST designer and colorist I have ever used. I am very particular and have fine hair so her ability to make it perfect leaves me beyond thrilled. I now have a standing appointment every 4 weeks and won’t stop!
