This place is not liveable for anyone unless your dirty this place is a joke 2 weeks after I moved in I reported the roaches they kept saying they put in a work order but still got nothing did that like 5 times then finally they send a place called snowball for roaches and other pest and still it's infested with them so its really seeming like a waste of tome with snow ball they only spray in kitchen cabinets and bathroom even though the roaches are everywhere they fixed the problems with the pool but still they have it closed its 92 degrees today and can't even swim where I'm supposed to be able to where I live I mean that's supposed to be a perk of living here but instead it's just a tease sitting there but can't use it smh... trust me I'll be looking for a different place

I was told on my tour with brook that the money I gave her $200 was a application fee and earnest fee I told her my credit score was 6,69 low due to going threw a very bad divorce she said that my actual score isn’t what you was looking at it was too make sure I didn’t have any evictions on my credit report so I moved forward with paying the funds . I was called today saying I was rejected due to my low credit score . This is a scam when I person told her my score now you guys are keeping a $100 dollar of my money for running a credit report which is $20 and a background check which is $20 and knowing up front my score was low I was told to still go through this process I am filing a small Cliams for my $100 due to being purposely mislead

This complex is terrible for one didn’t know you couldn’t visit your friends or family if your not driving a benz or your car will get towed which is stupid cause this complex is in the hood so you telling me I can’t park my car in the lot if I wanna visit y’all apartments are old and not updated you guys have roaches…. Never have I ever went through what I just went through all because I wanted to visit and spend the night so y’all towed my car! Y’all don’t meet the needs of when things should be fixed you guys are a terrible and again y’all are in the hood didn’t even wanna give y’all a star at all
