They don't answer the phone on hold for 4 hours yesterday and an hour today went through five individuals two individuals hung up the phone when I got forceful about what did I need done and one was a customer service line not inside the company

Delivery guys do their job to the T. Thats the only reason im giving 1 star. You call to get supplies and sometimes you have to call back the following week because you still havent received them. Unanswered phone calls. And my favorite - customer service with sarcasm.

Allan Maye is great! He set up a concentrator for my mom and I was so impressed with him. I chose Lincare over other companies because I know they have reps across the US and can help me help my mom efficiently! I appreciate Allan making my mom smile and how he explained everything in detail but so that we could understand. I’m glad I chose Lincare.

Allan Maye did a fantastic job for my dad and I this past Friday. He was delivering small bottles for us just as we were leaving for an appointment. He went above and beyond to quickly get us enough small bottles of O2, he replaced a leaky regulator, and educated me on the best way to use the smaller bottles. Allan was so friendly and so helpful! Big kudos to Allan.

If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Received the wrong supplies (incorrect sizes) numerous times. They'd send UPS to pick it up, but couldn't be bothered to let me know it was coming and I'd miss it, or not have the package ready, or both. Good luck reaching on the phone without a crazy long hold (well over 30 minutes, every time, before I'd give up). My advice on reaching them is to press the button saying you're a medical provider, because that would get an instant answer. The billing was routinely erroneous, requiring more calls and more wasted time. It's a huge bureaucracy, and every department points fingers at the other ones when there's a mistake. I actually had good experiences dealing with the individuals answering the phones once I was lucky enough to reach one, but the number of times I had to call for yet another issue was obscene. If you have any other options, do yourself a favor and find another provider.

The only thing Lincare got right was hooking me up with CPAP unit quickly. I get billed with past due notice when my insurance hasn’t even made payment to Lincare. Received zero supplies (filters, nose piece, etc) and I’ve had unit for 2 months. Signed up for auto shipment of supplies 2 months ago, received nothing to date, and yesterday Lincare called me asking if I want auto shipment and that it would take 4 weeks to get started. When I call Cincinnati Lincare, phone goes unanswered. Tried going through Lincare We Care resolution online, I wrote a detailed statement, hit submit, and nothing happens

Worst care I've received in over 40 years. No help in getting a replacement machine, tell me the machine is being sent, but it never was. After nearly a month, I had to give up on them.
