We booked a garage, our assigned unit had a lock on it, we were not provided with another unit. 2 months of payment and we have nothing stored there because we were not given a unit. There is no property manager or staff at this location. We called several times, were never provided a solution, and were charged again. Company has not upheld their end of the lease in any way. Again, called several times. Folks you could probably just go in, find a locker without a lock and go ahead keep your stuff in it. There's no staff there to know who has what where.

Booked a storage unit online, got there and it already had a lock on it. Location does not have a property owner and when we called they directed us to a section of units that was blocked off. Office looks like no one has been there for a long time and the units that we did see were covered in mold. Now struggling to get out of the lease for a unit we haven't gotten access to.

Unfortunately, I had to remove my property from the unit, which I rented for 2yrs, due to the poor conditions of the building. There was a large crack in the foundation, so anytime there was a downpour, my unit was flooded. Yes, I notified the on-site manager and spoke with someone via telephone from customer service, but nothing was done to accommodate me. I did retain the insurance and I'm upset that I didn't utilize it, because I believe that a claim would have been warranted. What upsets me the most is I sure received a monthly bill from them. In spite of it all, after the unit was emptied, it was also clean. I honored my end of the contract to the very end.

My experience from back in 2018 to now 2023 has been very good overall knowledgeable information helpful with making sure that me as the customer understand the policy and rules and that everything will be taken care of before I start putting my things in the storage unit with good location & good service.Thank you,
