The manager at this location is great! They also have great communication. The storage units are very clean and spacious. I have the temperature controlled unit.

I have never had to rent a storage space until a sudden death in my family. Lee gently walked me through the process and helped find what suited our needs best. After a few months I was in another dilemma; I had found homes for some of the contents in the bin but was not sure if I could continue to afford the current unit or could downsize and how that would work. Feeling overwhelmed I stopped by Life Storage and Lee and Matt walked me through all of my options. They were incredibly accommodating and kind. I walked out feeling a huge sense of relief and the gratitude of working with knowledgable and caring individuals. I highly recommend Life Storage on Robertson!

Very safe and secure facility for you to store your possessions. They are also a great company to work for. I believe they recently increased with their presence in the Batavia area with an additional location. Reasonably priced variety of sizes and clean and professional upkeep on the property.

The help received from Lee was 5 stars. The place is clean. The only thing I did not like is that when I booked, they automatically charged me with the Lock. I thought it was the newer round lock but it was just the regular. Lee offered to refund if I found mine which I did. Lee provided great customer service.
