I went here to get estimate of repair for rear bumper of my 2020 Subaru Forester. When the man looked at the damage, he said he might be able to repair it right there! So he went inside the shop and returned with a tool which he then used to bend some sort of hook that was preventing my bumper from going back in place! I was highly impressed with his customer service, efficiency and skill! The bumper looks like new and I did not need to schedule an appointment for repairs! He charged me nothing!!!! Unheard of in this day and age! I will definitely be back if I need repairs in the future. I highly recommend this business!

Great place that does great work and has great employees they were nice friendly and respectful and thanks you too the Young man Kevin who was a great help and really helped us through a otherwise unpleasant process he made it simple and easy to understand. Thank you agian.

Firstly, I wan to say they did a fantastic job with fixing my car. I have no issues regarding the quality of the work.I left the rental but they didn't call Enterprise back to let them know the rental was there. Enterprise charged me for an extra week. After calling around and working with Enterprise, I was able to get my money back. that's why I'm giving them 4 stars. 5 stars for the work, 4 because I had to go through the hassle of calling Enterprise to fix their mistake.

Above and Beyond! This location was timely with the repairs, communicative, and gave me back a clean vehicle! After a tree fell on my car, it broke the windshield and dented the car. I visited the sister business in Norwood and they made the repairs but it was done so poorly it needed to go back. The replacement piece was put on crooked, they chipped paint from an area that wasn't being worked on, and they put the windshield wipers on incorrectly. The Mt. Carmel Liberty Collison location fixed all the mistakes.Service: Painting
