I'm so sad my dog needs a second option she still has life in her and left the vet with nothing offered to comfort my dog I'm waiting on an answer to see if this hospital can help her or at least comfort her im in Kansas my Humana benefits offered me this option.

We love Lewis Animal Hospital! We’ve been taking our 4y/o Australian shepherd there since Covid, and they handled it very well. They also handled her becoming more reactive over the years with understanding and help keep her triggers low. We knew we could bring our new golden retriever puppy to them as well, after 4+ years of great service.

What a great Vet practice. They know that pets can need to be seen right away and try to allow for that in their schedule. This means so much to us , because one of our cats was coughing and needed to be seen. The office is so nice , we really like Toni, the receptionist, the vet tech and Dr. Weller.

Lewis Animal Hospital and Dr. Keller were responsible for killing our 9 month old Labrador. Ernie ate a toy and had to have it removed.We had a complete and abhorrent lack of care. The receptionist was rude and just kept saying to send pictures of his incision. We had 0 follow up after the surgery. When they finally did see him 5 days later- Dr. Keller didn’t even look at the leaking incision. He just said to bandage it. The following day we called again. The receptionist was rude and said Dr. Polansky was with a patient and would call us after. He never called.We ended up at the emergency vet where they told us Ernie had been septic for days. His organs were shutting down.Major surgery- zero communication after. Zero follow up after. Dead puppy.I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.We have filed a complaint with the Vet Board and it was found to have cause.
