I am going by just the machines not the drink or atmosphere. The selection of cabs were decent. They were mostly in need of repair though. Lots of loose sticks, non working buttons and monitors needing a full recap.

Great place if you want to play some old school video games and some newer ones. The beer list they had was varied and pretty varied along with good service.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had a great experience at Level One last night. I really enjoyed the chill atmosphere and selection of games to play. The bartender working was friendly and knowledgeable, and she provided excellent service!! I will definitely be back.

Visited 2/4 and there was a long line for drinks due to only one bar tender. He had to stop making drinks and run to the back to clean glasses. The drinks were ok. A number of games were broken and not working. Wasn't worth the trip in my opinion.

I wish I was quicker at understanding and more aware of automatic gratuity. I placed an order and was prompted by the card reader to pay 30% gratuity - assuming gratuity had yet to be paid. When the receipt prints out, then it shows 30% gratuity was automatically fixed into the original cost of the items. I'm fine with paying 60% gratuity because of good service. It wasn't clear to me though until the next day.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this was warranted. We were out for my husbands birthday with his sister, adult niece and nephew, mom and out 1 year old son. We came here for an easy spot after dinner at 6:20pm and we were asked to leave because no kids were allowed. Totally fine but at 6:20pm?? Anywhere else is 8pm. My son can’t even walk. Kind of absurd since the place was empty. Bartender kept saying “the owner didn’t want kids”. So, I’m here just to vent to the owner- maybe change your policy to 8pm or maybe realize this 1 year old sleeping child wasn’t going to change the atmosphere but you did lose 8 paying customers.

My work threw a party there. Tacos were freaking amazing. Like, it felt illegal there were so good. The bartender was amazing as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: It might need wheelchair accessible tables like one or two so people with disabilities can eat and enjoy their drink while the kids play games and it’s more convenient for people in wheelchairs who can’t stand
