I called today and asked for a manager or owner. Got hung up on. I called back a second time and ask to speak to a manager or owner. In a rude & loud voice a man asked what I wanted. I just told him I would take my business somewhere else since he was being a j**** The purpose of my call was to see if they have corporate accounts & to check pricing and to see if I wanted to spend thousands of dollars a month at this cleaner. He made it clear that I don't want to waste my money or time at this cleaner. The person on the other side of the phone assumed I was a telemarketer. Wrong mistake. You don't know what a person wants until you hear them at out. He didn't. Let this be a warning if you used this company. If you ever have an issue and ask for a manger or owner, you won't have the chance to explain your issue because they will hung up on you first.

Best cleaners I've ever used. Great people and service. Always on time and items returned in great condition. The alterations are excellent; reasonable and quick. We've moved further away, but I make the trip. It's worth it.

Long time customer for many reasons, on top of reasonable prices (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), we are never disappointed with the service. We get a lot of suits, ties, coats, skirts and dresses including some vintage. He's very honest about what he can do or can not do which I really appreciate.

Was previously 3 stars now service has worsened. Prices have soared. Lab coat cost $18 for dry cleaning only to see all the same spots I took it in with. Very disappointed. Really want to support local but...
