If you're looking for a great insurance company, look no further. Jess is the absolute best out there. She takes pride in her work. When you're stressing out about things, she will calm you down and take over the situation. She's part of our family to us because that's how she treats everyone. Our agent Jess is the absolute greatest. She is also quick to handle issues that come up. She gives me the information I need to make the best decision. We love and appreciate her. We have a very large auto policy along with our home owners .

I have been using Lauber & Will for years. Every time I need to contact them, it is such an easy experience.

After more than 45 with the same insurance agency I made a switch to Lauber & Will from a recommendation by my sister. Jess was great to work with and was always available to answer my myriad of questions. While I was able to save some money on my combined premiums, that was not the only deciding factor. Having a knowledgeable agent like Jess also played into my decision to go with Lauber & Will. Completing the paperwork was easy and the transition was seamless. A resounding 5 stars.

I was with the same agent for close to 40 years. He retired. His replacement was hard to work with (not with Lauber & Will). I found Morgan at Lauber & Will and she is professional, friendly, and certainly knows what she is doing. She is straight forward, and communicates well. I feel valued.
