Ordered a shirt in a small when the shirt arrived I thought they sent me a large by mistake but it was actually a small very disappointing not sure how you figured your sizing chart but will not be ordering from you anymore

This is not about their quality but their customer service. I ordered 2 pair of pants using the pay in 4 with paypal. My total was 85.80. By the time I received my order I had paid for the order.Lands end charged me 16.49 for returning them and paid paypal 69.31. Now Pay pal will not give me 47.67 of my money back because Lands end deducted the 16.49. Paypal says LE owes them. LE customer service lady about bit my head off when I called to see what could be done. She said "you chose to pay that way". Basically dismissed me without seeing what my problem was. Very rude.Done with LE and Paypal.

I placed a $392.38 order 3 days ago. They charged my card twice for just the one order and I just received my order yesterday and I still haven’t gotten a refund back yet from the 2nd charge. WARNING, do not order online from this company.

They have a great selection of their clothing. And the staff is happy to help and knowledgeable about the product. They are a great source if you have any questions about the styles and what would look best.

Had to return the first two items I ever ordered, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. They didn’t have the items in store to buy so they helped me reorder and get the sale price which expired the day before I returned them. 10/10 would shop there again.

Horrible return process when returning items in the store that were bought online. I paid with a combination of merchandise credit and credit card. They took my merchandise credit away. I felt like I was in communist Russia. They would not allow me to exchange for items in the store. I left with no merchandise and no merchandise credit. What has happened to Lands End?? They used to be customer friendly and above and beyond with customer service.

When I was in high school, I didn't quite fit in with any single social group. I was good at sports, but not a jock. I was at or near the top of the honor roll most of the time, but not a geek. I was into art to the point I regularly won art shows, but never thought I was particularly talented & just did it because I was expected. I wasn't a skater, but hung out with a lot of them. I guess when it boils down to it, at least in terms of fashion, I was business casual most of the time. Land's End, J. Crew, L.L. Bean. A couple of these stores seem to have shifted away in their styles since I was in high school, so I doubt I'd wear them today, but this place had me curious. Plenty to find here. Maybe a bit rustic for my taste today, but I saw some fun stuff my nieces & nephews.

Good prices on Lands' End products. We had a group of 10 ladies looking for matching shirts, the employees were very nice and helpful. Dana even took all our sizes to contact other stores to see if they had the sizes we needed. We will definitely be back!

Totally terrific experience! This location and the people who work there are phenomenal. Both Allison and "Ali" knew their product line and could easily provide alternatives if I didn't like the fit. Kudos to Lands' End on their excellent customer service.
