Locking doors before 5pm when I drove from Cincinnati to get here is crazy. You don't close till 5pm so why the doors locked?

Julie, the world’s greatest phlebotomist, made my visit so easy. I arrived without the proper prescriptions, and rather than turn me away, Julie got on the phone with my two different physicians and took care of getting the orders immediately.Additionally, I’m a hard stick when it comes to blood draws, but Julie went for a vein in my bicep and found it strong enough to deliver 5 vials. Thank you, Julie!

Julie went out of her way to assist me in obtaining the orders I had forgotten. It's so great to meet someone who is so friendly and kind to others. Highly recommend!

This is my 4th time coming to labcorp in the past 2 weeks to get lab work. Due to the computer issues my labs weren’t able to be pulled up because of IT issues. They weren’t able to receive my emails with attachments. I went to 2 different lab corps as well. They said they would fax my labs from one location to the other so I could go the following week. I am here today and the labs are no where to be found. I tried to email and send multiple attachments and still no labs found. This is ridiculous for me coming in 4 times to get routine blood work done. The employees are nice but the technology is way below satisfactory for a business to run to help with people’s health issues. I do not recommend anyone coming here to get anything done in timely

A total of 4 minutes after getting out of my car I was checked in, had my labs drawn, and left. Granted, I had my papers ready and have good veins.

It’s in an older building, but it’s clean, people were nice, everything was fast, can’t complain. Of others similar facilities that I’ve been to , would actually come to this one on purpose because I like everything including parking that is readily available which is nice.

Lab work is usually difficult for me. I grit my teeth, say a prayer, and hope that they get a good blood draw in the first try. Julie was phenomenal. She assured me that she’s good at her job and then went on to tell me how much she still LOVES her job after almost 30 years. I found my forever lab!

I arrived 20 mins early to my appointment and Mike was able to take me right back after checking me in. I’m a travel healthcare worker and have visited many lab locations for routine labs and pre-employment and I was very impressed with this location. Staff was friendly and competent and the facility was very clean. I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. I will return to this location any time I’m in need of lab work and in the Cincinnati location.

Outstanding. Quick in and quick out. Also have the ability to do express check in and stay in your car until they are ready for you. I had my wellness check for work. Nurse who drew my blood barely left a mark.
