My experience here for pre-employment drug testing was excellent. I was in and out quickly for my Friday morning appointment. Patrick was awesome, and it was nice chatting about movies for a bit while he got everything set up.Thanks again!

There appears to be just one person running this LabCorp. Its supposed to open at 8 AM, but he shows up best case a few minutes after. Then you have to wait for 15 minutes while he gets everything up and running. On a previous visit another customer had made an appointment but had to wait just as long as those who didn't have an appointment. She complained but was told he'll get to her when he gets to her.

Literally just walked out of here. I had to get bloodwork done for my new job. I always dread doing this because it usually takes forever, but I was in and out of here in like 10 minutes! The guy working was very efficient!

VERY rude staff lady on August 9 2024.
Made me feel uncomfortable and made it seem like she would alter the test results if I talked to her wrong. Seemed to be on a huge power trip, she should find a job that doesn't require customer service.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist in the facility. When I walked in with my grandpa to get his blood work done, I registered through the iPad in the lobby. I didn’t see anyone at the register so I decided to call to see if anyone was there. After 5-6 minutes one tall gentleman named PATRICK shows up the window at the register and grabs the blood work order from my hand without even greeting almost like snatching the paper work. Then I asked him if he needed anything else from me as I had registered through the iPad, and his response was “you couldn’t wait patiently?” I simply told him that I only wanted to make sure if anyone was there or not so I don’t waste my time. I feel PATRICK’s tone and attitude was extremely unprofessional and should be questioned for his behavior. Throughout the visit this guy PATRICK had a nasty attitude towards us as if he was doing us a favor.

Made my appt here before checking reviews. Showed up and the office was closed with the time saying we'll be back at 8am which I guess means no one was there today or they aren't going to be in until tomorrow? Went to Montgomery and had a good experience.

Appointments aren’t honored. It’s basically only a walk in lab. Expect you’re “appointment time” to be 1-2 hours past it.
