Very unprofessional and rude receptionist in the facility. When I walked in with my grandpa to get his blood work done, I registered through the iPad in the lobby. I didn’t see anyone at the register so I decided to call to see if anyone was there. After 5-6 minutes one tall gentleman named PATRICK shows up the window at the register and grabs the blood work order from my hand without even greeting almost like snatching the paper work. Then I asked him if he needed anything else from me as I had registered through the iPad, and his response was “you couldn’t wait patiently?” I simply told him that I only wanted to make sure if anyone was there or not so I don’t waste my time. I feel PATRICK’s tone and attitude was extremely unprofessional and should be questioned for his behavior. Throughout the visit this guy PATRICK had a nasty attitude towards us as if he was doing us a favor.

Made my appt here before checking reviews. Showed up and the office was closed with the time saying we'll be back at 8am which I guess means no one was there today or they aren't going to be in until tomorrow? Went to Montgomery and had a good experience.

Incompetent and rude service and horribly understaffed. Find another location or better yet go with a company other than Labcorp.

Appointments aren’t honored. It’s basically only a walk in lab. Expect you’re “appointment time” to be 1-2 hours past it.

Made appointment showed up like always and the guy behind counter having a bad day wanted to be a obnoxious butthead and argue. Go 5 minutes up the the road to another lab Corp and guess what NO ISSUES. Everyone has bad days I guess

I came in for bloodwork with an appointment. Very good experience! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes despite some paperwork issues from my primary dock. The gentleman working did great; I mentioned I don't do great with having blood drawn and he offered to let me lie down, which I was grateful for but wasn't necessary. He seemed to have a good attentiveness to cleanliness. Whole thing was quick and painless.

It is the worst place, I have ever went to. I went to get a drug test and after 42 days I didn’t get my result and my externship get delayed because of that. Please do not go there, see other place to do whatever you want. They are the worst??Hope I can give them less then one star.

First and sadly last time at this LabCorp. Either severely understaffed or missing someone, but you should never only staff with 1 person running both the front and back. Online appointment and check-in pointless, and no effort made to explain or apologize for the wait time from the one employee. I work in this line of business and not a well run location. Maybe just an unlucky day but with no explanation, I'll never know.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD. The Evendale Health center has two different Labcorp and I was 100% dissatisfied with both of them. When I entered I accidentally went to the wrong one and waited for 20 minutes in an offices that had no there patients before my name to be called. I followed the directions of the employee as he directed me to the back and I entered the room. After that, he proceeded to come at me with a horrible snarky attitude "to come right here!" that was absolutely uncalled for because I entered the room that he told me to enter. Then still in a horrible tone told me the proper place to go to. So I went to that place and told the lady at the front desk the reason for my visit. This lady also had an atrocious attitude and said "I cannot do that." I followed up and asked why not because she gave zero reasoning and she said "excuse me" as if I offended her for asking a completely reasonable question. This visit to Labcorp was horrible and sadly I have to go back because I was not even able to complete the thing I went there for. I highly suggest not going to this place because it was comical how they treat their customers.
