Customer service is awesome. They were so busy and went out of their way to get me in and out. They phlebotomists are so skilled and just nice. I've been here many times and they are reliably excellent.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. It’s bad about you have to fast and can’t eat for 12 hours before your appointment but siting in the waiting room for going on an hr now is ridiculous. Staying on my side of town for now on and going to my normal lab corp.

Rushed over on a Saturday as this was the only day I could get my blood drawn and they were closed well before noon (the posted closing time).

Tech opened the door 10 minutes late. She had a bad attitude and was very unfriendly. Asked me what test i was there for. I said I don't know, they sent the information to you. She said 'registration #. I looked at I said this email doesn't have that. Do you mean reference # She got exasperated with me and said it starts with 49. I said OK, then that would be the reference #, and I couldn't find it because YOU had me looking for registration number. It was obvious to me and everybody in earshot that she didn't want to be there. If you were wise you would either fire her or give her a non- customer facing position.

Area was clean, but worker Hope was rushing me to finish drug test while I was still using the restroom. I couldn't even completely empty my bladder. That was super annoying, next time, they should say the time limit is like 30 seconds to pee and get yourself together. Ridiculous.

I had an appointment, I drove all the way for them to tell me their systems are down and I need to reschedule. Why couldn’t they shoot me a message or an email beforehand, would’ve saved me the time and trouble of driving over here.

It was easy to find, easy to get inside and out. It was for a pre employment drug test. I'm guessing I failed being I haven't heard back from anyone. However I got a medical card so, they can like or not I'm living legal.

If I could zero stars I would. I had to get drug tested for school and it took more than 2 weeks with no communication to receive the results. “We send the results in 72hrs”, try 2.5 weeks. I am never coming back here.

Very good service, thanks a lot for workers, especially for the girl at the front desk (sorry I don’t know the name), who helped me and my husband to check in and fix some paper issues with doctor’s order today. Very patient, caring and friendly workers, I wish our world had more people like this ❤️?

This is the fastest, cleanest, most efficiently run testing center I have ever been to, and I've been to many. I went at ten o'clock on a Wednesday and I was in and out in six minutes. Wow!
