Perfect purchase for us, the Leah queen sofa bed. TREMENDOUS sale price as well! This is our third La Z Boy purchase over the last 30 years. Longevity, quality and warranty are superior to most furniture brands. Yes, you can find cheaper. But you really can't find better.

Gabriella was fantastic! I told her what I was looking for and she immediately showed me a couch that met my request. I made the purchase on Saturday and it is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday! I was expecting a much longer wait for delivery.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a recliner from the Cincinnati La-Z-Boy store on Eastgate South Drive. The salesman is named Michael Hardin. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Joe, the manager at the Eastgate OH store was wonderful. No pressure sales and helped me select coordinating fabric for my living room. He did not try to oversell La-Z Boy products which is very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this location for furniture.

I purchased a power couch as a gift for my parents from all the children. I live in FL and they live in OH. Michael was our salesman and he was patient and kind and answered my many questions and worked with me to get the perfect item ordered. Thank you!

Everyone involved were very nice and detailed. Salespeople were upfront, delivery was prompt with great professionalism, customer care was excellent.
Only complaints are price was expensive, but quality work is hard to come by these days and it seems that everything is overpriced. Secondly, I called ahead about its cost and when I went to purchase the price increased by $300-200 because of going from fabric to leather. Could have been a miscommunication on my part or the person called didn’t check differential in materials.
Very happy with it so far. Check with me in a year after it’s all broken in.
