Dried dirty brush Mark's left on my hood as it dried!!! And the basic doesn't take off bird potty. Don't know what's more basic then bird potty....Thinking about canceling my monthly membership Mike.

Beware, someone at this location reactivated my account and signed me up for a monthly pass using my old information. Now I am getting billed $62.00 a month for a service I discontinued 6 months ago. It seems they can just take your credit card info and start billing whenever they want without your authorization.

Great place to get your car washed with spaces for cleaning out and vacuuming your car. Vacuuming uses either a credit card or $1 or 5 dolllar bills. $1 equals 4 minutes. No change returned. Watch for special book purchases Buy 4 get 2 free.

Visited this location on 11/14/23. Found a deep scratch all the way through the paint of my vehicle after leaving from front tire to back, returned within 4 hours on my lunch break to file a claim, they are saying it was present before the wash, even though there was a clear line where the damage had dirt remaining on my car under and was mysteriously clean right above it. This does not take a rocket scientist to realize it was caused by their wash bay. My claim was denied and now I am dealing with lawyers and small claims as well as the BBB. PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED PERSONAL POSESSIONS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Or any of their locations for that matter, the claim adjuster was extremely rude, the wash bay employee maintained eye contact with me while guiding me into the track rather than pay attention to his actual job and prevent damage. DONT DO IT.

Very good location, not hard to get into and is easy to purchase washes. We always buy books and one time we needed to run through a second time and the workers were very kind and didn't fight us on it at all. Its only happened once but it went very well. Every other time the car always looks great after
