I feel bad writing this bc the workers here are great, but this Kroger is a mess and it's probably a management problem. I always feel gross and claustrophobic going there because the place is so dirty and cramped. the aisles are barely wide enough to push a cart down.
It's so inconsistent about what's in stock vs not. I feel like they try to carry everything but they don't have enough space or enough staff, so they miss the mark most of the time.
Realistically I know a smaller Kroger isn't going to have everything, but I can't even count on the necessities being there. I might have to switch to the Dent Kroger if things don't get better :(

This is the dirtiest & most unorganized Kroger ever. First walking into the door, the layout is completely different (not a problem) but most shelves are visibly low in stock or completely out of what you’re looking for. Only 1 self-checkout section is opened & lines get so backed up. Where are the cashiers? Where are the managers? So poorly ran. Aside from that- the bathrooms are the nastiest bathrooms. Obviously not maintained as per store protocol, garbage is overflowing, tissue all over the ground . Just plain out nasty.

By far the worst Krogers. Every time you go there they always have just one of the self check out sections open and no cashiers open. So the lines are so long all of your dairy items are warm by the time you get to check out. The past two times we were there we ended up leaving. There were over 50 people waiting for just one self check out section. Then there are people who are just so aggravated from waiting in line they are screaming at everyone and employees. It to be honest is getting pretty dangerous done there. And of coarse you never see a manager it's like they are hiding in the back or something.

Jen is very rude and very strange to get on the intercom every 2 min saying the store closes in 30 min. And as me and my kids walk past the customer service desk trying to finish shopping right behind a white man, she tells me and my kids that's not white that if we don't have our stuff before 11pm then we are not getting anything. I couldn't even understand why she didn't tell the white guy the same thing she said to me and my children. And I couldn't even finish shopping in peace. Then after I'm line. She started yelling at the black security officer and he seemed to be very confused and disturbed. It's is very terrible to see that Jen apparently is targeting black people and her mood of the way she looks is very scary. This lady and other customer service members seems a bit unfriendly and waaaay off unprofessionally towards customers! And racist!

Worst Krogers ever. Will not be taking my business here ever again. Ever. Customer service is absolutely horrible don’t place a pickup order here because they retarded and will act like they don’t see your order but still charge you. Don’t even have sympathy for the situation and just tells you there’s nothing they can do and to call customer service. And they have someone who’s clearly on drugs working in the pickup service and always gets something wrong you may even get the wrong order. But they think this is okay. I will be calling corporate.

Self checkouts all closed and only one cashier working. Yup, that's customer service for you. Still waiting in line and it's already been 20 minutes. Management and staff need some work here.
Spent 45 minutes in line....inexcusable.
I've been shopping here for over 30 years and it's just getting worse.

Management is worse I've ever seen. Seriously abuse their authority. The normal workers, cashiers, produce, meat and service clerks are great
