Easy to shop Krogers with the expected variety of grocery items and reasonable prices. Self checkout was quick and easy to use.

We had an order scheduled for early this morning that was spontaneously cancelled. My husband called to ask for more information and, after a weird brainstorming sesh where they hypothesized what may have went wrong, it seems like the Customer Service Rep concluded it must just be a mystery. We were fine with dropping the mini investigation if they could just locate our order and have it sent later today. But, alas, this was simply impossible. Basically no effort was made to make the situation right.
We've always been Kroger shoppers but this is just one of many issues we've had over the last year or so. Kroger has never been the cheapest option, but I was willing to pay for the convenience of the Blue Truck subscription. Having to make a hurried trip to the grocery in between meetings on a Tuesday isn't exactly convenient though. And if I wanted to do that, I could be in and out of Aldi in about half the time.

One of the largest Kroger stores in the area. Not as many "home items" as other Marketplace stores, but definitely the biggest selection of grocery items.

I had a fine time shopping, the only trouble I had was at checkout. I only had a few items when I went through so I used the self checkout to be quick. As I was scanning my items the machine got mad at me and thought I didn't scan a item. I moved the item to a different bag since I guess the scale was being weird, that made it happier. When I was ready to pay and get out of there it called an attendant over and after about what felt like 3 minutes they finally came over. They scanned their badge and I saw on the screen that it was accusing me of not scanning an item, or stealing. They let the video play of how I might have been stealing and I don't think they even watched it. I have had similar events at this location the past few times I have gone. I think that their systems tolerance it too high and should be turned down. The self checkout lane should be called extended time lane. I don't know if I should shop at a place that accuses me of stealing anytime I go.

I get the idea that Kroger is in charge of that whole area of grocery stores restaurants etc. please clean up the parking lot especially by Ambiance. There is more trash there. There are used facial masks, general trash. The barrels are always full and overflowing. It is disgusting.

Kroger always has decent prices on groceries. This trip was for a quick stop for some milk, and some distilled water. (Distilled water was needed for my CPAP sleep machine). The store is clean and well laid out. There is also plenty of handicapped parking if you need it. Also, almost all purchases count toward your fuel discount, which can max out at $1.00 off each gallon of gas, up to 35 gallons.

This Kroger location is always great with my pick up orders. Once or twice they were out of stock, substituted and gave a credit plus. Quick, friendly service. On my way home from work so very convenient . Thank you

I am not a fan of mega stores. My preference is Cherry Grove which is the old format layout. The variety of food is much better at Anderson, however, and includes sushi and kettle corn.

This store is HUGE. But with that they typically have most items in stock.

I used to find markdown groceries and dented canned goods here but can't find much of anything anymore. I guess it's all getting donated to food pantries. Could I please just get a few marked down dented cans or am I asking too much???

I'm not one for leaving negative feedback, but this situation leaves me no choice. If there were an option to give zero stars, that's what I would choose. Our house is just a quick four-minute walk from a grocery store that my husband and I used to enjoy visiting.
One afternoon, my husband and I did some grocery shopping in this store. Then he decided to grab a roasted chicken for dinner, thinking it would be an easy meal. He was under the impression it cost $5, but at the checkout, it scanned at $8.
Seeking clarity, he tried to get the attention of a staff member, who seemed to deliberately ignore him at first. After a noticeable delay, she finally approached him. When my husband inquired about the price discrepancy, politely and calmly. The staff member, Wilma, was really rude in her response. Her tone was not just rude but loud, insisting there was no $5 chicken, among other things. So my husband just paid the $8 and left.
However, the incident didn't sit right with me. I encouraged him to return to the store to address the unnecessary rudeness. Upon doing so, another female staff member confronted him, aggressively telling him to leave and never come back.
I want to be clear; the issue isn't about the extra $3.
What truly matters is how people are treated. The attitude we encountered that day, both towards my husband and More so, my husband noticed how Wilma was not just rude to us but also to her colleagues, displaying an overbearing attitude that no one should have to endure. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior in a place that used to feel welcoming.

Giant Kroger . The prices are giant sometimes too. Nah for real tho i went in there and there’s like live music and a bar, ok it’s like a mini city I’m thinking what ever happened to the marketplace of olde….. anyway snapBACK to reality they have those fridges that scan your face and collect biometric data without consent : (( those ones with the screens. Anyways, besides that , nice Kroger with SHUSHI and lotsa options
