I went to pick up a order a couple weeks ago and after waiting for almost an hour after checking in and seeing that everyone around me had also been waiting as long. I called kroger. They told me the order wasn't actually ready and they don't know how long it was going to be. I went home and my wife called again about the order the manager apologized and said he would give us the order for free the next day. We didn't get the managers name as we were satisfied. My wife went to go get the order the next day and no one had any idea what she was talking about and told her they would give her a 75$ card for her next purchase. She accepted since we didn't have anything other than saying we talked to the manager last night. Well now she tried to use the 75$ card and a gift card. The cashier spoke to someone else and denied her again. I am absolutely outside of my mind with the way this has been handled and my wife has been treated.

Check out machine accused me of theft when I only had 4 large, easily identifiable items. Wouldn’t let me proceed with my purchase until an embarrassed, underpaid human came to validate my purchase.
Wouldn’t have happened if they stuck with traditional check out lines, but that would mean paying real people a real wage. Shame on Kroger for choosing second rate machines over humans.

Kroger recently updated the store’s exterior, but unfortunately, the interior still is like an old run-down grocery store. The store’s size is manageable, so you won’t have to trek a long distance for essentials like at Kroger superstores. The staff is friendly and helpful, but prices tend to be higher than Aldi and Walmart.

If something is empty at this store, you might as well forget it ever existed. It’s never gettin refilled. Takes MONTHS to fill items there. Never seen anything like it before. Wild.

Super super aggravating trying to shop at this location especially when there is a manager by the name of Jesse who can't do anything or get up off her lazy ass to help a customer 🤦 tried telling me she couldn't upload the money at a lane but yet I just had it done two nights ago at the same location. You would think Kroger would hire better managers that are trained well enough. Thanks Kroger's for yet another let down!

Do not pay in cash for bills at the service desk. I know for a fact paid 487 dollar electric bill with 5 100 dollar bills and for some reason they only gave me one receipt instead of the normal 2, didn’t think nothing of it at the time and lost it. Tried to go back 2 weeks later when I noticed it wasn’t on the bill. Got got good, I have all my other receipt’s but getting back from vacation I guess I was careless. Lesson learned they will get ya. Now to dig through the trash and hope I find it so I can get someone fired. At this point I’m leaning to theft.

I shop at Kroger some time thay have lots of food and sometimes thay are out of lots of thing and the price keeps go up. The food is Getting less In packaging and costing more.

Kroger groceries shopping center in Ohio Pike is cheap and affordable. Every item for kicken supplies is available. There are electric bikes to help people with disabilities to shop easily. The beverages: soft and liquor and wines have a fantastic exhibition. Try Kroger and taste Pizza and many kind of meat, fish and cookies
