Hours online say open until 11 but they say they announce store closing at 10 and make everyone come up front. What’s up with that

This store has come around. Had not been there in almost a year. But went again recently and it was clean and stocked. The workers were all friendly and willing to assist. Pat at the deli is awesome, she goes above and beyond to help and let's you know the deals they have. She has great customer service skills.
